Scandanavia..... it begins today.

You might like to look through this and see where they went. Steve and Judy / the OldAgeTravellers are longtime members here.

They originally planned this before COVID but Judy had a heart attack I think it was. So obviously delayed. They finally got there

They saw some interesting places and things

I read this earlier when it was recommended (perhaps by you?). It’s very informative.

Have you had any problems filling up with LPG so far?
No, not yet at all.

It's meant to be more sparce the higher up with the last one listed in Alta..
Going to YT about this.

We have found several on the journey that are not on maps, but not needed any.

They also are not in garages but a designated LPG filling stations like the one in Walsal.

When we reach Alta that will be that as there is none in Finland as i understand it. Therefore, that's it till Estonia 🇪🇪

To be fair, as we are moving so much and have a heat exchanger we've barely needed it as yet.

Would you be able to give details of the Vet visit please when you've been for future reference - thanks 👍

Sorry to hijack your thread Paul & Nikki 😂
We found a great one. We stayed at camping Bastad..happened to be voted best campsite in Sweden 2025!..they accepted acsi which is why we stayed lol and the vet was an easy 5 minute drive down the road, just off E6 so perfect. Charged us 300 krona (£23.36!) I bought the worming tablets at the chemist first but she said she did have them if we hadn't but prefer you bring your own. It was in Laholm.

Morning Paul.

Subbed to your YouTube channel.

Caught up with your TikTok page last night and enjoyed them, a good mixture of humour with decent information. Keep up the good work.

Paul if you have time you might be interested in these guys, it’s father and son from Norfolk area who are cycling round the world. They’re on day 138 and it’s absolutely amazing what they are doing.

Your videos are not showing very well on here. This is my screenshot, the video is the second image from the top. Given the portrait format I'm guessing this is aTikTok, I've only used links to videos uploaded to YouTube. TikTok is not something I have any experience of so can't help.

Yes, the short vid is made vids Tiktok... not sure how it works then out on here,?
Tiktock is well worth using. You have to find your way through it, but there is amazing content on there.

Would recommend Polarsteps as it does provide a good visual record of your stops and photos, is easy to update 'live' locations from your phone, but if you forget they can be added retrospectively. See below our Scandanavia trip April-July this year with a dog approx 6,750 miles. Sure you will have a memorable time !

P.S. Just watched one of your videos and saw your comments about AdBlue - a bit late now but it is not difficult to find at some fuel stations in Norway and about £1 litre from the pump !
Agree with you totally about Polarsteps. Puts into context a map of your journey with photos.
