Very nice dram as well!(y)

Not sure about your taste Trev.

There is a lot of money being spent on the Island by the big distillery companies. Trouble is now the ferry can not cope with all the extra traffic. Are you wilding or on the campsite

Port Ellen was \ is another fine dram with existing stocks being bottled and sold for anywhere up to £10,000!
What it will be like when the distillery reopens who knows as unlike a number of other distilleries Port Ellen wasn't mothballed with a number of the buildings being demolished and the stills scrapped in the 80's! Sacrilege!:crying::crying::crying:

I could fancy living there though. Quiet and out of the way

We came in the car, staying with friends who live on the island. Though last year, we came in the motorhome and stayed in the same friends garden.

You sure know how to make someone feel jealous. Haha. We could fancy living around bowmore to port Charlotte area.

Interesting. I see it has the VAS badge on it. We've seen a couple of those before but larger and on an Atego chassis. I think the larger ones are better looking, this looks a bit like the newer Euramobils to me although the rear is quite interesting, did you see if the whole back panel opened?

I am lucky enough to have traveled, mainly Europe. I have never found any Hospitality anywhere else that could better Scotland.

And Gastronomy !

Fresh Shellfish
Venison
Whiskey

But I keep trying.......

Its not to my liking (the motorhome that is) but as I own a Bailey (one of the ones with the fat backside as well) I am probably not the best placed to be offering advice on style.
