Sargent Control Problem reboot

Hi, My Sargent control panel has an error message saying "please reboot". Screen says - EC480-CP R24 Error - Please Reboot.
We are also connected to mains on the site we are on but there is no mains power to the sockets, while there was before the error message appeared.
I can't find any way to reboot and have tried switching the Sargent 500 unit on and off but no success.
Any suggestions much appreciated.

Have you tried using the shutdown button, (next to the on/off button )leaving it off for while then back on.

Hi, yes tried that without success. Everything is working but the message is still there and I can't check info on the control panel.

If you can get to the back of the control panel you could try disconnecting its multi-plug for a while . The resources section on the top line (next to subscriptions) has the information about removing the panel from a EC480 on page 3

The EC500 manual has this snippet in the Troubleshooting section.

Control panel software may have crashed. Reboot control panel by turning off the PSU isolate switch. Wait 30 seconds then turn the switch back on.

If that doesn’t work then give Sargent a call - they are usually very helpful.

Thanks both, much appreciated. Hopefully one or the other will solve it and will give Sargent a call on Monday if not.
