In November we decided to apply for a Sanef Tag for Spain/Portugal to save herself hanging out of the window retrieving the ticket then struggling to pay at other end. Tag received within a few days (quick) so last week we got to try it, didn’t work on three toll roads, held it out the window, crept right up to barrier zilch. Contacted customer support by email who responded very quickly, upshot is they asked if I would be staying on a campsite for any length of time which we are. Sent them details this morning, reply within an hour saying replacement tag would be sent out today and to notify campsite. Credit where due outstanding customer support.
