Sale of a Rimor seal 5 (1 Viewer)

Hi all
I am after some advice from you good lot.
Due to a change in family life we need may need to sell the motorhome we bought this year.
It's a Rimor seal 5 registered February this year.
With 3k on the clock only sleep in twenty nights mainly in the rear bed over the garage.
What would be the resale price on it do you think.

You might get lucky theres supposed to be a shortage at the moment but if I had the choice of brand new or slightly used with potentially a bit of hassle getting warranty work done I would want a reasonable discount to buy secondhand.
