Safe place to stop on route to Paris

Will be arriving in Calais about 7.30pm and heading to Paris.
Please advise on a safe place to stop over about half way so at about 9pm ish. Don’t mind which route we take.

Don’t forget the time difference. For a 7.30 train you will arrive in France at 9.05 local time.

My Go to is Le Crotoy about an hour down the A16 its farenough away from the port/tunnel so there are no lurkers and is nice and big so you can always get on. Ignore the 3.5 tonne limit signs ( everyone else does)
