Hi all. Just painted me roof with plas-t-cote. Got a bit of moisture on it overnight and caused some streaking down the sides. Anybody had this problem and will it set eventually?

It will dry eventually, it's a water based coating, after it dries I would inspect and repaint any that has run..

I assume you washed the steaks off already ..

Yes washed the sides off and still have enough paint to give another coat. Have to wait for weather to warm up a bit.

It should wash off ok as Jim has said.

I'm waiting for slightly warmer weather to re-coat mine.

I think you're right in waiting for the second coat.:thumb:

I take it you bought a US gallon Tin.

Sure did, got it from Linda at Stateside. Might be able to use my sons workshop if he can square it with his boss.
