I have read on Gov site that VED on Euro 4 (1 March 2003-21 Dec 2006) and Euro5 (1 Jan 2009 -31Dec 2010) is £140...what happened to the period between (22 Dec 2006-1 Jan 2009 ) ? or am I mistaken ?My van is Nov 2007 (so obviously Euro 4 ) but not in V5 doc ,and am trying (with no success ) to find the Euro rating of it.Have even asked my garage if they could do an emissions test but they say they cant on diesels.

How much do you pay now?

If your V5 says "motorcaravan" then the Euro rating does not apply..
I think you may be looking at the wrong rates...

£225 sounds right if under 3500kg... (think that may have been increased on new vans)
£165 over 3500kg. :whistle2: (y)

Up to 3.5 ton mine is £270 per year and that's for a euro 6 I thought that was a standard rate

My euro 5 was £265 then dropped to £165 when up plated above 3500kg

Motorhomes are different.
Up to 3500kg it is £270.
Over 3500kg it is £165.

Only exception is one's with a Euro 6d engine registered between 1st Sept 2019 and 11th March 2020 had to pay the luxury
car tax.
