Looking at contacting Eurotunnel to use my voucher from last years cancelled trip and found this :-
If you have a non-refundable ticket that was booked before 31/12/2020, you can request a credit voucher for future travel, or if you have already received a credit voucher and this is due to expire you can request a replacement. <Broken link removed>n
Filled in the request form and hopefully get a new voucher as mine was to expire at the end of the month. Got an email to say they received request. Should hear within 14 days. Saves spending an hour on the phone. Will let you know what I get.
