Had same issue when we changed vans recently, always had Thetford and this one is a Dometic. Cure so far has been to use silicon grease (eBay or plumbers merchants) on the two sliding rods that are under the silver pull handle. Spray does not last and the grease does start to fail after a while but using it does make a huge difference. ?

You can't change just the cassette but maybe possible to change the whole toilet but that won't be cheap !

Thinking replacing the whole toilet seen a new thetford for £352 and am led to believe that the Thetford C200s is a direct swap also looking on tinternet I see the shower tray that goes with the C200S says in bracket also fits Dometic4110.

Interesting Big one so what is the actual cause of the Dometic being so usles tried cleaning and lubricating works for a short time but soon stiffens up again not stripped it fully yet though
