Just had a spare key cut and programmed at home by this guy cost £140 much cheaper than the one I bought from Fiat

Is the key just programmed to open the door and start the engine or does it also operate the central locking? We had a open door and start engine key cut for £65, at a locksmiths in town

It does all that the original Iveco one including alarm and central locking👍
 
When I had our Fiat one done at the dealers it was £270 from memory but that was 3years ago and technology moves on back then it was dealer only ☹️

Not all branches do it, but our local Timpsons at Tesco are very reasonable for car keys. They need to access the vehicle for programing but that'a no problem at Tescos
