Today I finished replacing some cupboard hinges and now have working kitchen cupboard doors yay!

Collapsed hinges (bottom right is worst)

Drill out new hinge so existing screws fit

Finished cupboards

Before and after (on the not so bad cabinet) from the sides, new hinges are much better!

It took a bit of searching to find the right hinges as there are lots of very similar ones made by TGN/DGN and I didn't know if they were interchangeable. In the end I went for the ones that looked most similar and trawled around online until I found them for £16.80 including postage instead of £20+. These are DGN Heavy Duty. The originals are marked TGN. I reused all the screws. I got my husband to open the new ones as they were too stiff for me to manage!
