Hi

Just got back from my maiden trip to France in our Pilote Galaxy 2017 741C.
On the first day out I nudged a toll booth with my RHS mirror. Although the Tool Booth was not damaged I came off a bit worse with a broken mirror glass and the internal mount has broken as well. The outer shell is OK but will need T-Cutting and re-polishing.

How does one remove the inner mirror and heating element on these mirrors and where can I get a replacment. I dont want to have to replace the whole thing as I have heard they are over £1300 each.

I include a picture of the said mirror.

Depends on what make but with some of them if you adjust it far enough L/R you can feel a lever behind that needs pushing to release it.

Not got those on mine but those mirror glass look like standard Fiat.
Have you measured the glass to cross reference?
They are usually held on by spring clips

If it is busted then just smash the rest out to see how it fixes for the new one? If you need a temporary replacement get a stainless steel one until you source an original
