I’m going to look at the above model at the weekend. It’s a 2008 model with 30,000 miles on it. Any advice on what I should be looking for? I would like to know what peoples opinion are on this particular model, and are there any problems I should look out for?
Thanks in advance
Eric

Welcome!
There are so many things you need to consider you would do well to peruse the various threads to glean the information you'll need. This would be all the easier if you subscribed which then allows you full access to all the forum, including searching, model threads etc. You'll also get access to Jim's excellent publication about buying a motorhome which has just about everything you need to know. £20 is not much to spend when you could save literally thousands of pounds getting it right first time.
But please, if nothing else, don't go for the first one you see that you think you like. There are dozens of motorhomes out there with all sorts of different layouts, styles etc. The one you are planning to look at is just an example.

Over to the Exis owners!

Hi there and welcome.

30k miles is low, it means it has been stood for a large part of its lifetime.
General points:
Look for damp, look at tyre age and condition, look at outer panel seals.
Fiat suffer from flaking paint look for signs around the cab.

Hope it’s what your looking for 👍

It’s been very well maintained. It’s immaculate inside and out I’ve checked for signs of watering ingress needs a little bit of paintwork to the bonnet and above the window, which the seller is willing to do but I will do it myself. The tires are in excellent condition, but they are seven years old so I might have to look at putting new ones on.
