I'm a newbie
If your insurance company gives you a discount for having a sat nav. I would think twice about it. Should you be unlucky enough to be involved in an incident while its not in use then you could find yourself uninsured. After all, they've given you a lower premium and they expect you to use it
I find this a bit harsh but I'm just passing this info on from something I've read. Could be a crafty move on their behalf so best read the small print

Never heard of that which company would offer discount for something that can be misused so easily
unless they are trying to get out of paying

which company so we all know

Oh!! Good feedback.
Sat Nav on and warning about speed cameras, etc.
Or on & used for routing?

Oops I meant to say dash cam not sat nav

:LOL: :LOL::LOL:
Easy mistake I think there are quite a few that do - we have just changed cars and purchased a Dash cam that record Front AND rear yet our multi discount is only £8 a YEAR

Haha that made me chuckle , I see you've corrected it :) Lovely looking dog btw from what we can see.

Yes LV asked us and I couldn’t get an answer to the question “what if we say yes and it isn’t working if we have an accident” do I said NO

What happens if you have an accident in Portugal, they are illegal to use here.
I guess if you intend driving in a country that outlaws dash cams then you should inform your insurance company accordingly and make sure you're covered

AXA Finaly made me give up my trade policy
Joined the "Hunt the best policy brigade" for the first time in over 30 years
Trade insurance carries no No-Claims discount at all, so NCD was Nill, Nowt, Zilch, for 30 claim free years
Got multiple cars, so went looking for the top 3 or 4 multi car insurance.
LV came out top and got my business in the end
BUT i saved a further £90 by insuring them separately With............... LV ???? so much for multicar policies
I answered No to all that were asking about dash cams, they are for my benefit only.
