Rechargeable Hoovers

Hi Everyone.
Just gauging opinion on rechargeable hoovers for the MoHo , what do you use /recommend in your van? Getting close to being given
the stiff brush and dustpan and told to do it myself !!

I found the dyson battery to be no good.

this one, has the spinny bit in the head (for the dog hairs) and does me ok

Have the Dyson in my van and can do it all on full power just about.
As we take our 2 jacks with us I have to hoover evey other day

We have had a Dyson Animal for over 10 years, had to replace the battery last year.

Does a good job and charge it up on inverter whilst travelling.

We have a Dyson car & boat overpriced for what it is but it works.
The car & boat versions comes with both 12v & mains charger and a better selection of tools.

Got the dyson with a 12v charger, but these days just use dustpan and brush. It’s not a big area.

Used it a few times. Very efficient but don’t have a dog so don’t know how good it will be with dog hair

Don't have a dog (I thought it was compulsory) so you will not need a vacuum

Could be the blue filter, if you look on YouTube it shows how to dismantle for a good clean out.

Lidl version of a Dyson handheld, just as good at a fraction of the price.
I don't like paying over the odds for a fancy name and label.

we boughty the lidl one but its to big and heavey for a motor home also bit of a faff swopping the bits but great for indoors

You can fix that cutting out thing. I just fixed mine. The cleaning instructions don't go far enough. Following a YouTube video I opened up my filter (a tubular shaped one) and found stuff inside. After clearing that out it works perfectly. It's not designed to be opened but if you're careful with a knife you can do it.
I have another which was temperamental. I treated it to a replacement battery and that one works perfectly now too.

Shark anti hair wrap - purchased refurbished on ebay and arrived with three batteries. Folds in half so we use at home and take away with us. The best vacuum we have ever owned! My local repair centre is stuffed full of Dyson......which tells me they do not last as long as other well known makes.

G tech rechargeable. Good battery life and removable brush and no bag.

Ours get a thorough clean & hoover after a trip, use the dustpan & brush whilst we're away. Did used to take the Bosch cordless with us but never used it.
