Anyone else had a recall this week for brake pipe not attached to a clip fiat ref 6255
If it needs new brake pipe it could take 2.5hrs

Yes we got that recall, I thought it was a duplicate, there was a clip issue some months ago.

Aaahh I will look to getting it booked in. It shows when checking my mot status on gov site. Now seen other posts. Might have a drive to bamber bridge. Then onto bygone times for some retail therapy.

Not sure that's why I posted. If you check your mot on gov.co.uk there is a bit at the bottom which says recalls, just check there.
You only need your reg no
That's a starting point.

Will it only be the ducato? Or will the Boxers and Relays also be recalled does anyone know?

received mine yesterday for a 2019. Sounds like the same recall that was out about 2 years ago. I wondered why I didn't get one then?

nothing yet for my 2018 ...... and nothing on the gov.uk website to suggest a recall is due

I've got a 2018 Fiat Ducato Swift. I've only had it for a few months. Do they contact you from DVLA details, or do you have to register with Fiat as being an owner?

Go on the Fiat Camper website and enter your vin number. Shows any recalls normally before you receive a letter.

Not being a moan. But what percentage of recalls actually lead to a repair or rectification. Also why do we have to do all the running round if it’s originally there build problem. Wouldn’t it be a lot more eco and customer friendly to visit customers at there chosen location/ premises to detirmin if a repair is necessary and to come to a workshop
