A massive overcab skylight is fashionable, but I suspect the drawbacks include more wind noise when driving, more heat gain in the sun, and more heat loss in cold weather.

Having said that, we love our Rapido V43 and after 3 years it still looks and feels like new. There is one mystery rattle that I can't seem to track down (yet) but overall the conversion quality is very high.

Yes, it does get hot. It takes about 15 minutes tops to reach the set temperature inside the van. Which version of the Truma do you have? Truma Combi 4? Ours is the optional Combi 6D which runs on diesel.Hi can you tell me if the heating gets hot thanks
