Hi....... I am new to the site, have just purchased our first M/home and would like to ask anyone if it is possible to fit an extra seat belt to our vehicle??

Thanks,

Steve

:hi2::welcome4: I'm afraid that its usually impractical to fit extra seatbelts, there are so many laws & standards required that its a no go, sorry.

First question.....have you any more forward facing seats?
I’m curious to know why you didn’t ask this question before you bought it........don’t wish to appear rude, but how important is it?
If you do fit one, don’t forget to tell your insurers.

I’m sure you will get a helpful answer on here soon!:giggle:

Greetings peeps welcome from West Kent

Looking at the layout. I am making the assumption that there is a belted place where the side seats are, with a "gap" piece that allows forward facing?. There should, assuming it is a similar structure to other layouts be a steel frame under the seating?, to which any belts are fixed. On mine there is a Steel post that rises to Shoulder height (seated) and is the mount for the upper 3point attachment. The `van is only rated for 2+2 belted places.
