Question on ACSI dates

We have an English ACSI book from 2020 which lists the dates when the ACSI card is accepted on individual sites. We also have a 2022 book but the Dutch version (the only version we could get in time for our previous French visit). This version does not appear to list the acceptance dates and neither does the app. is this something new so individual sites can modify their dates? Or is it only peculiar to the Dutch?

Just opening the CC app

Randomly picked the Camping Naranjal page on the APP

under the General Tab
it lists
The opening Dates
all the dates the Card is accepted - Validity Period

is your app in English or Dutch as it should be the same

There appear to be two ACSI apps. One “ACSI” (which my wife access the data on ….but no validity period) and the “CC” app which will not allow my wife to buy the 3.59 data which has the campsite data we need (and which presumably you were accessing). App is in English but the card code used to buy what we need is from a Dutch card. It is very confusing which app is which. The CC app is rejecting our payment!

Have you tried going on the website rather than using the APP - AFAIK you need the number on the card to buy add ons but I find it's easier there - that's how I got my separate Club Card to go with the discount card

At risk of asking what might (or might not) be an obvious question -

Is the 2022 Dutch ACSI guidebook you have the right one? It should look like the one DBK has illustrated, but obviously with Dutch text.

There are various ACSI guidebooks, not just the one for the discount scheme.

Obviously, unless you have the correct one, you won't be able to purchase the appropriate app.

After much head scratching it’s sorted. Seems if the app is already there (from the Google app store) it won’t allow the process to happen. After deleting the app and starting afresh it all went smoothly. We now have what we need. Thanks for the help.

The one we have looks similar to the one DBK illustrated but much more compact. Similar info except the validity period. The card that came with the book did enable us to buy the add on app using the code on the card. Sorted now.
