Problem with idMedia in Pilote Motorhome

We have pilote g720fc sensation. Our problem je radio idMedia. When IdMedia starts, it reports an error Application Disk it stops. I can't stop the error. When I click Close application then report Sistem users interface is stoped and then Aplication Disk is stop.
The error thus occurs indefinitely.


It is any idea how to fix this poblem.

Welcome on board. If you do face-ache then have a look in the Pilote Owners group on there. A very common problem. No idea how to fix it myself but they can help

If its under warranty take it back to the dealers, ours was replacing all the faulty I Media units with Pioneer units Pilote are aware of the problem and are funding the swap in the UK, can't comment on Slovenia
