I know it's all a rip off, but this has left me gobsmacked. I have a Pilote A class. At the front there are two strips of LED running lights, one strip each side. Each strip has five small LEDs. On the offside one of the LEDs has blown. Apparently to replace this I have to buy a complete kit consisting of both strips of five LEDs at around £330...... There should be a law against it.

Rant over, but I don't even feel any better.

Have you tried to search for 2nd hand (salvage) parts? 🤷‍♂️

Long shot, but even Insurance Companies authorise use os used parts now.(y)

Sounds like a good idea. Where is best place to look?

Take the unit off and look for a part number then google that part number for the original manufacturer. I bet you get the same part without the Pilote packaging for around £50-100.

Cheers, will try that.
