Hello,we are new to the Motorhome fraternity.
We are looking to buy a Hymer BMCT-690
What is a reasonable price for a 2022 plate, 6000 miles.Excellent condition.

One place to start is googling the private adds with those specs. Nthat should give you an idea of the average cost and then adjust for your mileage. slternatively one of the respected brokers might see this now. Good luck on your journey.

Oh, and welcome. Don’t forget to introduce yourself on that thread

Uneducated guess, 10-20% less than new?

Go on the Hymer web site and configure a BMCT690 in exactly the same spec. There really is a lot of spec/options that can be added at new and it really bumps the price up. It’s quite a challenge learning all the options that are available so you can be sure of the value of the one you’re looking at.
We looked at a couple of BMCi550’s last year, both similar age, at the same dealer but a few months apart. One was laden with options, the other virtually standard. The options one will have been about £15-20k more at new.
Once you know how much it was new you can decide what percentage to knock off for three years and 6k mile.
Look at as many dealer adverts as you can to get an idea and private should be cheaper than dealer because no warranty comes with private.
