Power steering pump Ducato 2.8 jtd

Can anyone help I’m having the above changed is it driven by fan belt or timing belt as if timing belt i will get that changed as well.

Fan belt IIRC. Take a look at the pulley to be certain. Ridged - 'fan belt' / toothed - timing belt. Having said that it's worth changing both belts at the same time as it'll cost little more than the price of the belt.
