Any solos thinking of doing this after Christmas? I've not been abroard with PVC yet so might like some company!

I think unless you're already booked you'll have difficulty getting a ferry now. They fill up very early.

What Terry said. Bet the ferries are already full. We may be going down in January but will drive down from Calais. Not solo (couple), so check out ferries first and maybe post nearer the time.

I live near Hull, so could go via Zeebrugge or Rotterdam, then drive through France---might be a 'Bridge too Far' for a first trip! Hoping to go to Germany with other mo-ho's in May/June 2020 so might make that my 1st step.

And I've been in lockdown in Grimsby since March 15th!
Hoping to get out later in the summer but just in UK,
