Firstly, good job, Jim and Co.
I see I have points, and alerts telling me I have trophies.
There are strange statements / messages that I cant open in a pop up box.
What's this?

There was only one " Prat of the Year" trophy John.

You got it.

We don't make the rules.

I can't post a smiley face by the way and starting to get a bit hacked off with the new site. Looks like Facts to me and too much faffing and twiddling about to entice me on here as much as before .

Probably a good thing ( thumbs up smilie)

Smileys are easy Chris. Just click on the smiling face in the button bar above the text box to open the available range underneath the text box.

What is this "Facts" you speak of? Since when did a lawyer know about facts?:LOL:

Top RH corner of the page.
As well as the trophy / points thing, it seems to be the "Likes" alert also.

Can't see it Chris?

On the formatting bar while you are writing your post there is a small icon of a smiley, click that and a full set of smileys will appear under the editor. Its better to keep smilies hidden till needed as this decreases bandwidth and is better for smartphones, iPads and Lawyers(y)
