Just uploaded new Vlog Plough Inn Kent. Lovely stopover if you are interested in visiting Faversham

Good to see it's still going, last there over 25 years ago to play Bat and Trap.

First time we have been here, its been on our list for a while and very happy we went. Lovely food and nice real ale

Thanks for this, looks great. What are the access roads like for a large tag axle (8.7m) and is there much of a 'hardstanding' area to park on?

Our daughter lives in Faversham and we will be travelling there end of October so would be great to use rather than Maidstone ccc?

going up Norton road is only best access. not far but it a country lane with passing points. It does have hard standing car park. There was three vans when we went one was large 6 birth 7+ meters, I cannot guarantee yours as its probably much larger. An alternative would be Monks cottage in leaveland which has a bus route into Faversham

Thanks for the info, much appreciated!

I will check out Monks Cottage 😀

Vlog for monks cottage below. It is only grass standing. Also 5 Acres in upchurch is a nice site not far from Faversham

Thanks once again, both look great for summer months. Being 5700kg's, we don't like soggy or wet grass as you can imagine!
Totally agree I get worried about out 3.5 Ton they do not like any wet grass

That looks a good place. Might try that out one time i am down that way

My daughter is a chef has been in a few of the 5 star hotels in London and in Ireland all where on zero HR contract. This is a problem with this field of work. Not good
