Pilote central locking (1 Viewer)

I have a new pilote G741 , it come with 2 sets of keys , main set is the flip out one with buttons to work the central locking ,the spare is a fixed key with no buttons to work the central locking, both set of keys have a smaller key that open the lockers , passenger & hab door , when using both smaller keys on the passenger & hab it doesn’t activate the central locking , is this normal ?
