Peugeot Boxer 2.5 2001 campervan front disk brakes sizes.

Hi all, has anyone had experience changing the front disks on a Peugeot boxer 94-02? The new disks I bought are vented 24mm wide 300mm, the ones on there are 18mm 300mm solid disks. I thought I could just upgrade to vented, but the new calipers I've bought say 18mm maximum disks. All parts are listed by Motorfactors as fitting this vehicle. Did some Boxers come with 24mm vented and wider calipers?

I think I'll return the vented disks and buy some 18mm solid ones. Just curious why some Boxers had calipers for a vented disk.

Sorry, mistake there the disk on there is a 24mm vented. The aftermarket caliper I bought says 18mm max... I'll report back with it's arrived and I've tried fitting it!

Manufacturers sometimes charge discs & calipers in the middle of a production run if there is an avaliblity problem.
I had a Vauxhal Omega that I could only get the right discs for it by quoting the Vin number, the discs were bigger than the standard ones.
