Travelled from my home near Peterborough today in my campervan on an essential journey to Liverpool . On the A1 only saw two motorhomes one on trade plates and the other on a transporter . both travelling South . On the M62 saw two motorhomes both travelling East . Saw one police car which was parked at Birch services and the driver took no notice of me . I must admit I was sure I would get stopped but maybe all the policing on motorways is via CCTV cameras these days . The lack of motorhomes would suggest that owners are abiding by the restrictions on travel . Nice to give the van a run out and cannot wait until overnight stays are permitted , weather was nice too.

I drove along the mate today, level of traffic was higher than three weeks ago. Only saw two motorhomes, similarly on a transporter.
Driving past Brownhills at Newark they certainly seemed to have a huge stock of motorhomes parked up.
