Just give them a ring - nearly every time I use their booking site it hiccups!
 
Hi Pam, I suggest that you first check your Pay Pal account to see if the transaction went through.
Also check that payment went to Warners, make note of transaction number etc. And then call Warners and ask them to double check on their system.

I've just rang them and sorted it so thank you we're all booked arrive Thursday x
 
Is there a list of funsters booked for the show? I have emailed Warners to make sure I am in with the group but would like to confirm.

Jims attendees listing in this thread is compiled of Funsters who have completed his attendance form. Warners are the only people who can advise you about your booking. The MotorhomeFun Admin and Rally Marshals do not recieve any information from Warners until they arrive on site the day before the show opens.

Tgee go the first page on this thread and fill in Jim's form as well. That way you have filled in everything.

You don't need to go to the first page, just go to the top of this page and the form is no 2. in the list.

All booked up with Warners, form filled in (bacon rolls ordered) and ready to go!

Plan to arrive Thursday evening.

There does seem a lot of confusion with this booking system and many are having problems especially on limited data or perhaps McD's WiFi. It took me an hour when I did it and used most of my data plan. The list of attendees above only shows 30 when I am sure we are are probably near or above the 150 limit.
You mentioned in a previous post @Jim post #172 was it's? How does one jump straight to a post as scrolling through 12 pages will again use up data. Could it not be made sticky at the top of each page perhaps. Thanks.
Looked for you all when we passed back through Beni on our way back on Saturday but you were all out partying again....

Unfortunately there isn't anything Jim or anyone at Fun can do about the booking system because that is all on the Warners system.

I don't think you can jump directly to a post but, as there are 20 posts per page you can use the page numbers at the top of the page to get close.

Book with warners
Fill the form
Say so in this thread

ok my names not on the list i booked with warners and recieved email to confirm filled in form and submitted didnt get any confirmation mentioned it on here what have i done wrong and could i be put on list please . arriving thursday thanks

The major time was spent with the Warners booking system which of course you have no control over. But many people are having problems as their posts show, your list above shows 140 attendees the tab at the top shows 30?
I booked with Warners before I found your post. So used my member number not name, but you coped with that although probably not got the list from Warners yet. I posted on the discussion bit then but almost missed the link in your post to the form it to s so small and hardly a different colour on my tablet so would have missed out on my place with the Funsters and the Bacon Butties.
Hopefully nobody will miss out on their camping place but there are 140 booked but over 200 posts on here, the majority saying that they are attending.
Thanks for yours and @Brisey 's efforts though. Obviously there are limitations in the forum software and it is impossible to ensure that everybody understands what to the majority seems simple!
