Any thoughts on good companies for personal travel insurance while motorhome travelling in Europe for a couple aged 75?

I've used OK to Travel for my 86 yr old mother in law who has a number of ailments. Not motorhome, but for France. When I first started the process in 2020 they offerred the best price - and when we couldn't go, they gave us half of the premium discount against a future booking, which they honoured two weeks ago. To be honest I didn't check how competitive they were this time, just used them because they'd been good to deal with. Certainly worth trying them and getting at least one other quote.

We use Eurotunnel’s travel insurance since they accept all and any previous. All they require is an assurance that a doctor would certified you are fit to travel.

We use Eurotunnel too, i think you may have to travel with them but I once got it even though going on ferry but I said I was frequent traveller wallet holder and they allowed.
