Whats gone wrong I got a email to say my subs expired today. I payed by paypal on the 16th of this month and it shows on my paypal and my bank account.

Hi ,
it's a glitch, it happens every time someone changes a sub type, You went from the regular year sub to the auto renew sub and our stupid system sees these as completely separate items and insists on telling you that one of them is ending, even though the new one covers you.
