Passport renewal

I applied to renew my passport during the last week in January just before the price went up. I have received updates by email to keep me abreast of the progress, the most recent was on 8th February saying my passport has been printed and was being sent to the delivery company. My old passport has been returned (2weeksago) but no sign of the new one. Has anyone else recently received a renewed passport and what was the timescale from receiving the your passport has been printed email to it arriving?

Yes I have just done mine and the hubby's. They went to different offices in Liverpool.

Both were delivered 2 days after printing. Mine was back in around 7 days the hubby's took about 14 from application.

You can track it on the application to see if it's been dispatched.

*Just looked back, hubby's was printed last Friday and was delivered Monday via DHL

You should have the new one by now, I'd chase it up.
Did mine last November, 14 days door to door
Did wifes in Feb just before price increase, 14 days door to door
I both cases old passport arrived about a week after the new one

Been in touch with helpline and they are trying to find out what is happening.

Just had my new one, less than 10 days. Old one was delivered the same day.

Printing to delivery last month for us was about 4 days.
