Hello, is anybody having problems with this form? As a dry run, from my desk, I tried to create an account, and really struggled (getting increasingly irritated - imagine what I'd be like in some iffy signal area with a tiny screen and low battery!). I thought I'd created an account, tried to log in, but wasn't recognised.

Any thoughts apart from contact their support, which I have just done.

Update - just got a dismissive auto-response email telling me what they will and will not do - busy "due to Covid" apparently!!

Apparently they will get back to me. How long, do you reckon?

If you are referring to the .gov one, I had no problems creating an account and partially completing the form from home. Logged on via my phone in France to fill in details prior to returning to UK.

Her ladyship does ours and has not had any problems . Try again when your brain is not angry with it! I know that sounds patronising but sometimes a fresh look at it means you take a slightly different route ….that works.

I messed up creating an account due to user error (phone no digits mistake )but you don’t need to have an account to fill it in , it just saves a small amount of time , or not in my case

Thanks, very helpful responses.

Jenben, that is comforting, even if I don't get to create an account it doesn't sound like the end of the world.

Podney - you sound just like me!!

I’ve just yesterday completed ours. I did find it much easier and more straightforward to complete them without creating an account.

I’m having difficulties as well.
How do I scan my NHS pass?
It must be something simple.

I just ticked the box stating that I didn’t have a QR code and it accepted that and allowed me to complete the form. I not sure what this means re proving vaccination but we have paper copies so can show those if required.

Thanks for that, we’ve got lots of documents that prove all sorts of things. It’s just matching them up.

A complete pain in the rear end. Its an embarrassment. It won't scan the NHS QR Codes, it won't upload a photo of a QR code nor will it upload a PDF of the NHS QR code saying 'the file is too small'. Useless!!

However, immigration at the shuttle was great, lovely people, all smiles :)

My experience exactly. I’ve just spent hours trying to do something that’s not needed and may be impossible.
A fraught end to a great couple of weeks.
However nice to know it was solved by a query on FUN.

I’ve just created accounts for each of us with address and passport details.
I don’t seem to be able to go any further with it until the 48 hours before we travel.
