Parking Meters being installed on all Carparks , plus Road side meters are being muted to be fitted .
 
Wouldn’t want noisy parking meters would we?

As far as I can ascertain, travellers / Diddycoys and wild campers have left filth about ,and we don't want that either do we😄 ?
