Pandy CAMC phone and data reception (1 Viewer)

Just a quick query. We are thinking of booking a few nights away at Pandy Club site . Can anyone let me know if the phone and data reception are reasonable ? I know its not what a holiday should be about but I need to work remotely even when we are away so would need to be able to make calls and check emails etc . Thank you .

It may depend on who your provider is. For example, where I live EE have a strong signal but Vodafone struggles.

I would contact the site and ask them.

If it’s a Caravan Club site they should have WiFi, you can buy a 1 year pass for £30 which would come in handy for any Club sites. I have one to use when parked up at Jim’s site in Sutton on Sea and use the Iboost to pick up the signal from the site next door.

we were there about 6 weeks ago, don't recall any issues, we use EE for phones and 3 for my wife's iPad

Also some lovely walks up Offa's Dyke though if you walk from the camp site to it the hill is quite steep but very enjoyable.

Thank you for the replies . I forgot about the club WiFi . Never used it but good to know as a back up . I have EE on the phone and 3 mobile for the router so sounds like I should be ok

If you have paid for a year’s pass, I don’t see why you shouldn’t use it when within range.

My year‘s pass expired during the first lockdown.......it was £25, so I guess the price has increased since then? I shall not be renewing as it was never very fast...... mifi for ever!!
