I'm trying to book Dover Calais return for June with Tesco vouchers.Ive been hold for up to 45 minutes with no answer,the number I'm ringing is 01304 863000,does anyone have a different number or can you book online with Tesco vouchers.

This is the process:

How it works​

1. Check P&O Ferries website for prices.
2. Select the amount of Clubcard vouchers you'd like to exchange. You can top-up the price difference with another payment method with the Partner. Remember, there's no money back for overpayment using a Reward Partner voucher code.
3. When you've completed your order look out for a confirmation email. A second email containing your Reward Partner voucher code will arrive shortly after.
4. If you placed your order in the app, your code will appear in the 'My Rewards' section within 15 minutes, you will also receive the emails.
Please note: these codes may take longer to arrive due to additional security checks.
5. Phone P&O Ferries to book (using the telephone number in your order confirmation) . Advise you would like to make a booking using a Tesco Reward Partner code. They will take the remaining payment and provide you with a booking reference number.
6. Email your Partner codes and booking reference back to P&O Ferries (to the address in your order confirmation) to complete your booking.

Kups the telephone number in my order confirmation is the one I am using but I have bèen on hold five times now up to 45 minutes,I was just enquiring if there was another number or another method or do I just hang on.

Hmm... I guess they must be short staffed and it is half term. Their website says
"Our phone lines are currently very busy
Due to the recent UK and EU government announcements regarding changes to COVID-19 travel restrictions, we are currently dealing with an unprecedented number of calls to our contact centre team."
The only other number is 01304 44 88 88 but this only takes you to the same part of their phone system.
Just keep trying I guess.

Thanks all for your suggestions,just to recap I got through to P&O booking at bang on 9am this morning ,I told them how long I had been trying and she said they are very short staffed.Anyway all booked up now.

Half the problem is the covid speech they have to give adds more time to each call.

- Cairnryan to Larne - Saver Fares for one way and long stays over 5 days only.
Partner codes can only be used for cars, high cars, motorcyles and motorcyle combinations.
The maximum value of codes that can be used on a P&O Ferries booking is £210 for a return journey or £105 for a single journey.
