oyster vision not retracting

My oyster vision satellite is not retracting. There is no obstruction and battery is full. Any ideas?

Mine doesn't come down when when engine started no more

Press and hold all 4 buttons at the same time to do a reset.
It has worked on mine a couple of times

I think there was a thread on here the other day about this and I'm sure it to take the handbrake off aswel as having the running at it will come down
But I'm going off memory as I'm not posh enough to gave such luxury fitments on my old shagger
