Oyster Cytrac DX HDTV Satellite

Hello, My wife & I recently purchased a hobby De Luxe Edition 545 KMF (2016) caravan to enable us to take our disabled daughter on some trips to offer her & her sisters some experiences & memories. It came with an Oyster Cytrac DX HDTV, which only picks up German channels & we are unable to operate it/change satellite position to pick up uk channels. We were wondering if you could offer us some advice please? Can we change the satellite position using this control box attached to the tv (can send pictures). The satellite menu option appears but we are unable to access it to change the satellite. The grey control box to the bottom left of the tv only seems to change the channels & retract/activate the dish? Is the dish able to pick up UK or English speaking channels?
