Overcab locker

We have a Kontiki 625 2016 and the over cab locker has hinges and struts. does anyone know if the struts should keep it open? We have had replacement struts and it still doesn’t stay open.
Does anyone know if they are meant to keep it open?

Might have the wrong struts? Several sizes and types available at caravan shops

Yes. They should keep it open. If you require help/info/regassing/replacements, try these.
