Over night parking

Hi all

Just some information to let know that Hartlepool marina has opened up to over night parking. the cost is £8.00 for 24 hours unfortunately no EH or waste dumps but at least its a start. I would advise mid week if you do visit as weekends can be extremely busy and noisy due to night life. The historic Quay is just round the corner which is worth a visit and shops are close by.

I've just been prompted to Google Hartlepool. It looks a lovely old town. Take it back Simon Meadwell Is there some rivalry between Hartlepool and Stockport, I wonder. I haven't been to either so I couldn't possibly have an opinion.

The scene of a couple of quiet funster get togethers before the car park was re developed, The north east has changed since my schooldays, sadly with the loss of the industry. The towns are struggling but the scenery is wonderful.

The way the band played that night was the best I had heard. Mike played his heart out. I believe the pub had it's best take ever.
