I fully concur with Teddybards sentiments...

The site we were hoping to spend Xmas and New Year at in Portugal is now closed because of the flooding and the owners are not sure if it will open again...

My heart goes out to them...

GOOD NEWS. After a week of hard labour with the help of neighbours, friends and guests we are again open for business. it´s not as perfect as it was yet, some cosmetic work to do, especially near the entrance. But all services are up and running, and the first guests after the November 1st storm have arrived already!

More concerned about flash floods in Garstang today! The river Wyre is already over it's banks, and we got a few trillion gallons more to come............:(:(:(
