So we've gone through so many ideas about which MH ti go for, from one that needs relining inside, to deciding to go full time in an AClass. But in the meantime, a friend has a 1999 Auto sleeper 4 birth on a Transit chassis cab. Until we sort all the details out and get the right AClass I'm thinking of buying it to do a bit of practicing, having never had a MH before.
The monocoque and its interior are spotless, really lovely, bone dry everything works. But, being Transit, the wheel arches and sills really need new ones welding in probably after the best of the weather has gone, but they aren't as bad as I have seen before, at this stage. It does need a new diff or crown wheel/pinion which IF i can source the new parts I can do. It's 2.5 with 150k full service history, interior maintained by Auto Sleeper.
Any idea what I should pay rather than what hes asking, please?

Hi. You haven't mentioned any prices?

But then without seeing a MH it is impossible to give a price. Look up similar on line as a guide.

He wants £11500.....no way I'd pay that as the chassis cab is the issue. The camper part will outlast the rest of it and it'll end up being an expensive shed
