Motorhome parking used to be allowed at Kilburn Road Coach Park but there is nothing on the current parking web pages.
It would be worth giving the council a ring on 01572 758406 or emailing parkingmanagement@rutland.gov.uk
There was a small car park on Kilburn Road, with markings for 3 or 4 larger vehicles, which runs between the Oakham School playing fields when we were there a few years ago. It still shows on google maps.
