Now the skirts

Ok so as you've all been outstanding in your advice so far, onto the next item!
Some idiot who owned the MoHo in the past clearly could not drive it and smashed both plastic skirts at each back corner. They then left it for years hence DH almost completely rebuilding the interior at the back end. So now he's moving onto the outside. So as you can see in the photo he's just starting to fill and shape the outside after fibreglassing the inside. As you can see, he's filled a whopping hole in.But the problem is on the other side. The only bit that survived is the straight side skirt. The corner is completely missing. (2nd pic) I realise it's probably tricky for you to see what is going on in the photo...we've just started trying to hold the bits that are there into shape but it won't really work.
So any ideas on how to replicate the corner the is there onto the one that is missing? I'm sure there is a way and I'm sure some of you will know how.

My old Swift Sundance skirts were thin alloy sheet on a wooden frame. Over the years the wood rotted and the alloy split. I made a complete set of skirts, left, right and rear from house UPVC fascia boards. There are 90° degree corner sections available. Easy to work with, glues well with the correct adhesive. Not too heavy and stood up to the last six years of driving before I sold the van. The beauty is it is already a nice shiny white.

Look on old posts I did something similar when I asked are there any lamposts behind us? * No* and drove into a Pillar box * You did not say anything about pillar boxes* Basically rough up the inside and use fiberglass to strengthen, fill and smoothe the outer skin to match and spray. No excuse as we all have loads of time on our hands

We are using fibreglass on the inside and filler on the outside. But the problem is the whole of the back corner on the right side is missing. The 1st photo shows stage one of the repair to the left one. So how can we replicate that corner on the left when it is entirely missing. There are no new ones anywhere in existence. It'll have to be made entirely out of fibreglass.
I guess I'm looking for suggestions of how to mold that part.

We did it!! Made a replicate out of a cornflake box. Hoping it will come out OK.
