Not an ordinary saturday

Yesterday I took my MAX to my usual mecanic for a check up. I was a bit anxious because now and then my first and third gears don't want to get in. I suppose they didn't find anything bad as they didn't give me a call. I could not take Max back home yesterday as it was a special day today for MAX. Today was .... ??? MOT !!!!!!

I have to tell you that just before isolation I had decided to give a go to what they call "Hydrogen Descaling"

I had heard a lot about it. Some saying , pah, it doesn't help and it can damage the engine, and some saying just the opposite , brilliant, engine runs much better etc.... That was 2 years ago, and I was feeling a bit chilly about it and didn't try.

But this year with the improvement they put on the system... I chose to be brave and try . Max got his MOT alright. Just splendid said the man in charge of the tests. I now know it is really effective! If you were wandering, not need to think more go for it!

So now, on the road for 2 more years Yeepiiiii !!!

It was going to be 4th year for 1st test then 2 yearly up to 10th year then back to annually in the UK but some minister or other though annually was long enough.

Yet wherever it is tested we can drive our vehicles all over Europe.

IoMan has no MOT but can still drive anywhere.

Same with driving licences. In Poland a C1 Medical lasts 5 years, not 3 years as in UK.
