No water coming out of taps

Away in motorhome at moment and water stopped flowing from all taps. Can hear pump and tank half full. Any ideas? Is it likely pump is knackered?

How do you know it’s half full, from a gauge or you’ve visually checked?

If the pumps running it sounds like a pipe has come away somewhere in the system.
Does the pump stop when taps are closed.

Is yours a "pressurised system" or a "micro-switch (submersible pump)" type, that will help with suggestions ?

Is it leaking somewhere into a void or boxed in section? If the pump is running but it's not coming out of the taps that would suggest it's going somewhere else.

Or maybe the hose has become disconnected from the pump in the tank.

If you can get a hand in the tank via the large access bung then grab the pump while its running and tap it hard on the tank side or bottom.
That should dislodge any airlock.

Before that you could remove the pump and see if the impellor is turning with the pump running
They have been known to separate from the motors drive shaft......the shaft turns but the rubber inpellor doesnt.

If its working and tapping it on the tank fails you have a detached hose somewhere.

Tap off
Mouth on tap & suck
Then tap open, and close whilst still sucking

Repeat several times.
It’s far mire effective than just repeatedly sucking as you’ll not lose the vacuum each time.
