From the limited description it could be anything, so there are a number of questions to ask, to narrow the problem down.

You say you are new to campervans, has the power suddenly stopped working, or did it never really work? I'm not familiar with the PMS3, is there a main 12V switch to turn on the 12V power?

Do you have a multimeter? First thing I'd do is check the battery voltage, to see if it's in the normal 12.0 to 12.8V range. If it's very low (less than 10V) the PMS3 might not register it on the LED lights. It might even have cut off the battery if the voltage is very low.

If the battery is normal, then there's a wiring/fuse problem. There should be a big fuse (30A or 50A maybe) very near the battery, in the wire to the PMS3. You could check this, or ideally swap it for a known good one.

Is the campervan a conversion done by a company, or a DIY conversion?

Don’t just look at the fuses- use a multi meter or continuity meter to absolutely confirm that they are ok, I’ve found that fuses that look ok are infact faulty
