I have a Niesman Bischoff Arto 88. The main control panel is registering the leisure battery voltage as .3volts, showing static charge into the batteries from solar panels as 3a which is too low.I have changed all three batteries but these readings were present prior to changing batteries and haven't changed. The manual references recalibrating the Leisure battery voltage but the instructions are very vague. Any advice please other than taking into the dealer which is a none option after previous experience.

Not knowing any details of an NB setup, the first thing I would check (with a meter) is the battery voltage at the actual terminals of the battery. If that's OK (12.0 to 12.8V) I would check the fuses near the leisure battery, then check that the battery voltage is reaching the 12V distribution/fusebox.

Also check the data cable connecting the display panel to the distribution/fusebox is properly connected at both ends. What is the make/model of the distribution/fusebox?

Have you checked where your solar panels are connected? whenever I ve heard of problems like this its always been aftermarket solar panel fitment.

You can calibrate them although I can't remember how, googling CBE control panels might help. We do have a forum site but it doesnt get much traffic these days https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/nandbdriversclub/discussion/all
or you could try the N&B owners facebook site.

Our last van was an N&B

from memory
You will need to access the expanded menu to change the displayed battery voltage

to do this you need to unplug from EHU
Turn off the control panel
Press the M button (left of the power button)
Hold it down whilst you turn the panel back on

This should open the extended menu

As others have said you will need to check the battery voltage first with a multimeter

Thanks I will track down NB FB site. The solar panels were factory fitted and the CBE controls are working fine.

Yes they CBE BUT ON THE VAN WHEN IT ARRIVED.
Motorhome manufacturers like NB don't make all the components of a motorhome, they buy them in from other manufacturers. If you are a big customer like NB, you can get the manufacturer to tailor the component to your requirements. So CBE will make a special version of the display panel for NB, and maybe even customise the distribution/fusebox.
